Huntington Beach Mazda Takes Over Orange County Soccer Club Halftime Show
October 01 2023 - Huntington Beach Mazda

During the month of July, Huntington Beach Mazda collected funds to support the Orange County Rescue Mission. Last week, Mr. John Patterson, the owner of Patterson Autos, made a generous contribution. He presented a check during the halftime show of the Orange County Soccer Club.

This donation was made as part of the Christmas in July event, a month-long fundraising campaign that takes place annually to benefit the Orange County Rescue Mission. In the summer, donations to this non-profit organization in Orange County tend to decline, so Patterson Autos and its four car dealerships dedicate the entire month to fundraising efforts in order to restock the shelves of the OCRM.

Each year, Huntington Beach Mazda witnesses remarkable achievements as we give away numerous pounds of goods and collect thousands of dollars. Huntington Beach Mazda and other Patterson Auto dealerships managed to raise $27,000 for OCRM, all thanks to the kindness and generosity of our community.

Countless families in Orange County heavily rely on Orange County Rescue Mission for their long-term transitional housing needs. Every month, OCRM distributes 400 packages containing essential food items and hygiene products. We do this to offer assistance and demonstrate our concern for those who are in need within Orange County. Their support entails offering guidance, counseling, education, vocational training, shelter, sustenance, clothing, healthcare, and independent living communities. Huntington Beach Mazda is thrilled to continue raising funds and increasing awareness for this local non-profit organization.

You can also follow his travels on Mission Possible Border to Border. In addition, a portion of the ride will go directly through Orange County. This portion is known as Bay to Bay and will be taking place on October 14th and 15th. Len and his team would love the support from the hometown community as they complete this stretch of the ride!
